Speech-Language Pathologist - Full Time, Part Time

K.I.D.S. Therapy Associates, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary pediatric private practice in San Diego. We are well-known for our whole-child, functional, and play-based approach to treating developmental and acquired disorders. Our SLPs thrive in our supportive atmosphere, with a focus on mentorship and evidence-based clinical skill development.

We are currently seeking a part time and a full time, pediatric speech-language pathologist with experience with autism, early intervention, speech production, language, fluency, and AAC to provide clinic based services. We are also seeking a full time school based therapist. Candidates should have experience working with children with autism and recognize the diverse needs of this population. Our large clinic employs SLPs, OTs, and PTs who work collaboratively to treat shared clients. SLPs receive ongoing mentorship from our speech-language coordinators and clinic director, in addition to collaboration with the SLP team, participation in our bi-monthly continuing education opportunities, and peer-to-peer feedback.

This role includes both evaluation and treatment of a variety of speech-language disorders. K.I.D.S. is a collaborative setting where all members of the team work together to support each other to provide the best service to our clients and ongoing development of clinical skills for our therapists. Our SLPs are encouraged to support and mentor other members of the team, with opportunities for increased responsibilities, including developing new projects and protocols, for SLPs who show creativity, initiative, and independence.
